WOMEN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
On 18th August 2021 CEPAD-WN organized a women leadership conference for twenty (20) women leaders in the village of Iboa. The theme for the conference was “The participation of women in leadership and decision making”. Some of the objectives included; to increase the capacity of women in Iboa Village to participate in leadership and decision making on key issues and to impact knowledge and skills on good leadership through conflict prevention, non-violence, mediation of human rights and facilitation. Sixteen (16) women leaders attended the conference.
